Naboo.ai is seeking a People & Culture Manager to partner with the Founders and build the company's people operations and culture from the ground up. This individual contributor role will be responsible for creating and executing the people operations strategy, focusing on developing a continuous feedback culture, shaping employee development, and designing scalable programs. The ideal candidate will have at least 4-5 years of experience in People Operations or HR, with a proven track record of designing and implementing programs from inception to completion. This is a unique opportunity to own and shape the People Ops function at a growing AI company.
