Factory is seeking a Field Partner Sales Leader for North America East to drive revenue by collaborating with cloud service providers, AI labs, ISVs, and SIs. This role focuses on building partner relationships at the account level, generating joint pipeline, and establishing repeatable co-sell motions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise tech sales and alliances, a strong track record of co-selling in the field, and deep understanding of cloud migration and the AI ecosystem. You will be responsible for owning field partner revenue, building seller-level relationships, and scaling successful co-sell plays.
