As a Structures Manufacturing Engineer at Varda, you will be instrumental in scaling the production of structural subassemblies for space vehicles, including airframes, tanks, and bonded structures. This role involves owning the entire build process, from work instruction development to production floor implementation, and driving incremental improvements for each vehicle. You will collaborate with design engineers and technicians to enhance manufacturing capabilities and increase Varda's build cadence. We are looking for someone with 1-4+ years of manufacturing experience, a B.S. degree in a relevant engineering field, and hands-on experience building complex vehicles, preferably in aerospace.
