Lambda is seeking a Hardware Quality Engineer to join their Operations team, playing a critical role in ensuring the seamless end-to-end execution of their AI-IaaS infrastructure and hardware. This role involves tracking and managing quality issues, performing root cause analysis, and driving corrective actions for hardware, software, and process failures in data centers. The ideal candidate will have experience with hardware/data center systems, strong data analysis skills, and expertise in root cause analysis methods. This position requires 4 days per week in the San Jose office and up to 30% travel.
