Senior Client Delivery Lead Delivery 📦 Technical Delivery Melbourne Melbourne Full-time Help us use technology to make a big green dent in the universe! Kraken powers some of the most innovative global developments in energy. We’re a technology company focused on creating a smart, sustainable energy system. From optimising renewable generation, creating a more intelligent grid and enabling utilities to provide excellent customer experiences, our operating system for energy is transforming the industry around the world in a way that benefits everyone. It’s a really exciting time in energy. Help us make a real impact on shaping a better, more sustainable future. Kraken is a technology company with a mission: helping energy utilities transform their operations to improve the lives of 1 billion people by accelerating the energy transition. We recognised that legacy technology has held the energy industry back for too long. At Kraken, we set out to change that. Through successful partnerships with E.ON Next, EDF, Origin, Octopus Energy, and Tokyo Gas (to name just a few), we support over 60 million utility customers globally and we’ve expanded our offer to support businesses in the water and telco industries, meaning we're on track to achieve our mission of impacting 1 billion people within a decade. But we’ll never deliver on our ambitious goals without a team that is just as ambitious, so we’re expanding our tentacles and we are now looking for Senior Client Delivery Leads. The roles will be working closely with other members of the client delivery team to help with our APAC clients and global product teams. Join a team that's redefining energy. At Kraken, we're not just changing how energy companies work; we're tackling the climate crisis head-on. Our decisions are guided by simplicity, customer benefit, and efficiency and customer happiness first.
