Helsing is seeking a Multimodal Sensing Test Engineer to join their Optics Cluster in Munich. This role involves acting as a sensing system architect for test, translating requirements into structured test cases, and specifying ground support equipment. The engineer will be responsible for the full lifecycle of sensing systems, including characterization, calibration, and root cause analysis across EO, LWIR, and LiDAR modalities. Candidates should possess strong quantitative skills in these areas, hands-on experience with sensor synchronization and calibration, and a relevant engineering degree with at least 3 years of test engineering experience.
