SambaNova is seeking a Senior Hardware Design Engineer to design component units of their Reconfigurable Dataflow Unit (RDU) ASICs for AI workload acceleration systems. This role involves owning blocks within a larger subsystem, from microarchitecture specification and RTL coding to implementation, tapeout, and silicon bring-up. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer architecture, digital logic design, and SystemVerilog RTL, with experience in PPA optimization. This onsite position offers the opportunity to contribute to innovative hardware features and grow within SambaNova's architecture.
