River AI is seeking an exceptional AI Compiler Engineer to build the software bridge between cutting-edge AI models and their high-performance custom silicon. This role involves creating a complete compiler stack from PyTorch graphs to optimized custom ISA assembly code, including ownership of kernel algorithms and intermediate representations. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with MLIR or XLA for deep learning, expert knowledge of PyTorch internals, and proficiency in C/C++. You will collaborate extensively with AI researchers, performance engineers, and silicon architects to achieve a flexible and high-performance compiler stack.
