This role involves handling platform questions, account issues, PDT inquiries, onboarding, and billing, primarily through phone calls and support cases. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of fintech or brokerage support experience, professional trading experience, and active Series 7 & Series 63 licenses. This position requires excellent communication, client service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced trading environment.
