OpenFX is seeking a hands-on UK Compliance Manager and MLRO to build and scale their compliance program for a UK-regulated entity, which will serve as a key hub for European and global operations. This foundational role involves establishing UK compliance policies, procedures, and systems for payments and crypto-asset services, and serving as the primary point of contact with UK regulators, including the FCA. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of compliance experience in payments or fintech, a strong understanding of UK financial regulations, and proven experience as an MLRO at an FCA-regulated entity.
