Fractile is seeking a Lead/Principal DFT Engineer to define and lead the end-to-end DFT architecture for a large, multi-core AI accelerator SoC. This role involves taking ownership from early strategy through silicon bring-up and production, combining architectural leadership with hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in DFT for complex ASIC/SoC designs, with deep expertise in scan, compression, ATPG, and MBIST. You will be responsible for ensuring scalable, power-aware, and high-coverage test solutions while collaborating across various engineering teams.
