BackOps is seeking a full-lifecycle Solutions Engineer to own the technical relationship with customers from initial conversation through go-live, optimizing logistics processes with AI. This role involves partnering with Account Executives, leading technical demos and POCs, authoring SOWs, and configuring solutions, acting as the single technical owner across the deal. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in technical pre- or post-sales, possessing strong analytical, technical research, and project management skills. You will translate ambiguous business problems into deployable architecture, ensuring successful implementation and measurable value for customers while acting as a gatekeeper for the Forward Deployed Engineering team.
