Robinhood is seeking a Staff Security Engineer, Application Security, to join their Product and Application Security team. This role involves serving as a technical leader and subject matter expert, guiding how security is embedded into development practices across the company. You will design and implement systems for secure development, consult on architecture and threat models, and help shape long-term security strategy. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in application security, strong experience identifying and addressing security risks early in the SDLC, and experience building production-grade systems in Python or Go.
