As a Technical Account Manager at Hightouch, you will serve as the crucial link between the company and its largest Fortune 5000 customers, guiding them through the entire customer journey from onboarding to increased adoption. This role requires a product expert with a natural curiosity to understand customer requirements at a molecular level and navigate them to elegant, efficient solutions.
