Quince is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager, 3rd Party Inventory and Production to be an on-site quality champion at their third-party decorator facility in Oxnard, CA. This fully on-site role involves inspecting inbound inventory, auditing production quality, and building QA processes to achieve 99% on-time delivery and quality acceptance. The manager will be the critical link between the production floor and the remote project management team, identifying and resolving issues in real-time. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in QA or production operations, preferably in apparel or textiles, with a strong process-building mindset and excellent communication skills.
