Efficient is seeking a Lead STA Engineer to join their newly formed hardware engineering group, focusing on timing convergence and methodology for the world's most energy-efficient, general-purpose processor. This role involves driving timing flows from scratch in state-of-the-art finfet technologies and owning timing convergence for IP, Subsystem, and SOC blocks. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in STA sign-off for multiple tape-outs in 12nm or below process technologies and expert knowledge of static timing analysis. This is a unique opportunity to influence product development from early stages to market release within a highly interdisciplinary team.
