Black Forest Labs is seeking its first dedicated People Partner in San Francisco to build out the People agenda for their scaling North American team. This hybrid role involves 60% People Partnering and 40% People Operations, providing in-timezone support, coaching managers, and ensuring compliance for engineers, researchers, and commercial teams. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of HR experience, preferably in deep tech, with strong HRBP skills, US employment law knowledge, and the ability to operate strategically while also handling hands-on People Ops tasks.
