Upwind is seeking its first Head of GTM Enablement to build out the 'how' for its land-and-expand security business, focusing on CNAPP and CDR. This role involves creating playbooks, POV motions, and coaching systems to accelerate sales and expansion. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in GTM/Sales Enablement, a track record of building programs from scratch, and the ability to translate strategy into actionable sales tools. This is a hands-on role that will grow into leading a function, partnering closely with RevOps and working across all GTM teams.
