Pace is seeking its first Founding Revenue Operations hire to build the RevOps function from scratch. This foundational role will sit at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and FDE, providing the GTM team with essential data, systems, and processes. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, preferably at an early-stage B2B SaaS company, with deep expertise in CRM administration and strong analytical skills. You will be responsible for GTM infrastructure, pipeline & forecasting, sales process & enablement, and strategic planning, playing a critical role in scaling Pace's operations.
