As the Vice President of Customer Success (Payor) at Hippocratic AI, you will build and lead high-performing teams to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion across payor clients. This role involves designing systems for recruiting, onboarding, and operational performance tailored to payer organizations, ensuring they achieve maximum value from AI-powered solutions. You will establish and nurture trusted relationships with health plans and managed care organizations, reporting directly to the Chief Customer Officer. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in customer success within the payer/health plan industry, with a deep understanding of the payer ecosystem and a proven track record in a B2B SaaS or healthcare technology environment.
