The ideal candidate is a "Customer Data Architect" with 8-10+ years of experience in RevOps or Strategic Analytics, adept at leveraging AI and advanced modeling to minimize churn and maximize expansion revenue. You will be responsible for building AI models for customer risk identification, developing cross-sell/upsell opportunities, and streamlining renewal processes.
