Ethos is seeking a Principal, Offline/Audio Acquisition Marketing to own and manage all performance, budget, and tools for their audio marketing programs, including Radio, SiriusXM, Podcasts, and Streaming Audio. This role involves both strategy and execution to drive marketing performance, track KPIs, and partner with internal and external teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in direct response B2C marketing, deep knowledge of traditional and digital audio, and at least 5 years of experience managing offline performance marketing campaigns in a high-growth startup environment.
