Ethos is seeking its first Staff Design Systems Designer to build the foundational design system for its product, with a strong emphasis on AI-native integration. This 0→1 opportunity involves auditing existing UI, defining system architecture, and creating a prompt-to-production pipeline using tools like Figma, Cursor/Claude Code, and Storybook. The role requires deep fluency in design-to-code integration, a track record of driving adoption, and genuine curiosity about AI-assisted design workflows. You will be instrumental in enabling designers, PMs, and engineers to reliably produce on-brand, accessible, high-quality UI.
