This role requires a hands-on technical leader to manage a software engineering team, drive their growth, and own the technical roadmap for the inference serving platform. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of software engineering experience, including leadership, and strong technical depth in backend systems with Python, Go, or Rust, along with experience in AI inference serving and LLM workloads at production scale.
