Tulip is seeking an Engineering Team Lead in Tel Aviv, Israel, to lead and grow a high-performing team of up to 10 software engineers. This role requires strong technical acumen, people management skills, and a deep understanding of product business value, with 5-7+ years of SaaS software engineering experience and 2+ years in people management. The successful candidate will act as a key leader in establishing Tulip's Tel Aviv site, contributing to technical leadership, operational, cultural, and team-building foundations. You will also contribute directly as a "player-coach," oversee technical aspects of projects, and drive team metrics, while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver web-enabled SaaS products that bring modern technology and AI into manufacturing.
