Mithrl is seeking an ML Engineer, Discovery Applications to build end-to-end scientific workflows for their AI Co-Scientist platform. This role involves developing the application layer that enables scientists to make critical decisions across the entire drug discovery and preclinical development cycle, from biomarker identification to IND-enabling work. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the drug discovery process, strong experience in ML or computational biology, and proficiency in Python to design multi-step workflows integrating ML models, domain logic, and agentic reasoning. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how scientists leverage AI to accelerate breakthroughs in medicine.
