WindBorne is seeking its first Senior Manufacturing Engineer to build and lead the manufacturing engineering function from the ground up. This role involves owning the transition of parts from design to production, developing tooling and processes for delicate hand assembly, and introducing automations to improve speed and reliability. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, a strong track record in NPI and assembly, and the ambition to hire and mentor a growing team. This is a unique opportunity to establish repeatable, sustainable production for a high-volume product with evolving designs.
