Fractile is seeking a Staff Foundry Technical Manager to be their on-the-ground technical representative at Taiwan-based foundry partners. This highly technical, individual contributor role focuses on accelerating yield ramp, tracking parametric performance, aligning process integration, and mitigating manufacturing risks for advanced AI silicon. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in semiconductor process integration or yield engineering, direct experience with Taiwan foundries, and advanced node expertise (≤7nm preferred). This critical role requires strong technical depth, data analysis skills, and the ability to influence without direct authority in a fabless operating model.
