Freehand is seeking its first GTM Architect (Sales / Revenue Enablement) to build the function from the ground up, creating playbooks, collateral, training, and systems. This commercial role requires someone who thinks like a seller, leverages AI, and can identify new market segments. You will own seller onboarding, sales collateral, GTM narratives, and enablement tooling, working closely with leadership to scale winning strategies. Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, preferably at an early-stage B2B AI or SaaS company, with a proven track record of building and running training programs and developing effective GTM narratives.
