TAR is seeking a Head of Hardware (Robotics) to lead the development and production of construction robots for their off-grid solar and storage campuses. This senior leadership role involves owning the robotics hardware organization, taking prototypes to reliable, higher-volume production, and building and mentoring the engineering team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of hardware engineering experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role, with expertise in mechatronics and ruggedized system design. This is a critical position to accelerate the deployment of GW-scale power campuses for AI data centers.
