Hermeus is seeking a Flight Termination System (FTS) Responsible Engineer to own the full lifecycle of the vehicle's FTS, including design, integration, testing, and certification. This interdisciplinary role requires strong mechanical and electrical fundamentals, an understanding of aerodynamics, and the ability to learn range safety requirements. The FTS RE will lead coordination with regulatory authorities, manage interfaces, and ensure system reliability and readiness for flight. Candidates should have 5+ years of aerospace high criticality hardware experience and a relevant engineering degree.
