Generalist is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join their team in Boston (Somerville) to build general intelligence for the physical world. This role focuses on developing grippers, sensors, and robotic systems for dexterous manipulation, from concept to mass production. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in electro-mechanical system design, CAD modeling (Solidworks), and a proven track record of leading projects through the entire product lifecycle. You will be responsible for designing and manufacturing robot hands, integrating various robotic components, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to advance the frontiers of robotics and AI.
