Lyte AI is seeking an execution-focused Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead cross-functional engagement with OSAT partners. This role acts as the primary interface between Lyte's engineering teams and OSAT operations, ensuring program execution, capacity readiness, and issue resolution against product milestones. The TPM will drive alignment across various internal and external stakeholders, proactively identifying risks and resource constraints. Candidates should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field and at least 1 year of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, OSAT management, or technical program management, along with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
