Jobs

Substrate is hiring a founding senior product engineer to lead core 0→1 builds. You’ll own full-stack product cycles: scoping, designing, shipping, and iterating in the field. You’ll occasionally travel with the founder and other founding engineers to factory floors in the Midwest and Southeast, meet customers face-to-face, and design/build exactly what they need.

You’ll work directly with the CEO and other senior leadership to shape long-term architecture, team, and product direction — from AI-powered underwriting models to an expanding suite of financial products across banking, insurance, and more.

We are also hiring a Head of Engineering and junior Founding Product Engineers: https://app.dover.com/jobs/substrate. Reach out if you’re interested in joining at any level.
