Stord is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to own their customer communications engine and customer storytelling motion. This role is responsible for lifecycle and ABM email marketing, as well as developing a customer advocacy program to generate pipeline fuel. The ideal candidate will have hands-on email marketing experience, a customer-centric mindset, and a proven track record in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS. You will work cross-functionally to drive awareness, pipeline growth, and ensure all communications align with GTM messaging.
