Antares is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Electrical Engineering, to join their R&D team and play a pivotal role in developing and manufacturing cutting-edge nuclear reactors. This role involves owning and developing manufacturing processes for critical sub-systems, participating in design reviews to ensure manufacturability, and collaborating across teams to drive design for manufacturing (DFM) improvements. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in special process manufacturing, process qualification, or related fields, with a strong background in super-alloys and hazardous materials. You will be instrumental in scaling production capabilities from prototype to serialized production, contributing to Antares' mission of making clean energy abundant.
