Stord is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead day-to-day fulfillment center operations, including inbound, outbound, B2C, B2B, and returns. This role involves leading and developing a team of managers and associates, ensuring operational KPIs are met, and overseeing inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-volume direct-to-consumer environment, with a proven track record of leading large salaried and non-exempt teams in technical operations, including automation. They will also be responsible for budgeting, payroll, and ensuring operational success during new client launches.
