As a Member of Technical Staff, Pre-Training Science at Radical Numerics, you will drive the scientific advancements in how biological world models learn during large-scale training. This role involves developing new pretraining methods, studying scaling behavior, and designing training recipes to enhance efficiency and generalization. You will blend research and engineering, moving fluidly between theoretical exploration, large-scale experimentation, and high-performance code implementation. We are looking for candidates with a strong ML research or engineering background, proficiency in Python and PyTorch, and a passion for advancing biological foundation models.
