This role involves serving justice-involved youth, foster youth, and others aged 18-24, preparing them for careers in substance use disorder and connecting them to apprenticeships. Responsibilities include intake assessments, developing individualized case plans, providing mentoring, and coordinating with community partners. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field or a high school diploma with two years of relevant experience, along with a valid California driver's license.
