As a Community & Events Associate at WithCoverage, you will be instrumental in operating and scaling a community-driven events engine to build brand, generate pipeline, and foster client relationships. This role involves working closely with the Community Lead and Growth Team to execute multi-format events, manage community operations, and drive pipeline through proactive outreach. We are looking for an experienced, organized, and polished operator with 2-6 years in community, events, or field marketing, who is comfortable with outbound efforts and has a sales mentality.
