Lumilens is seeking an Optical Manufacturing Principal Engineer specializing in software and hardware automation to validate and ensure the quality of their photonic components, modules, and systems. This critical role involves hands-on production testing, software test development, and reporting, supporting both new product introduction and volume manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in software testing and test automation of optical transceiver products, particularly with Silicon Photonics, and be proficient in Python for developing automated test cases and frameworks. You will collaborate with various engineering teams to define and develop test software for high-volume manufacturing and drive continuous improvement in test methodologies.
