This role involves partnering with the Color Forecast Expert to manage color execution from concept through bulk production, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all stages. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in color development, a strong understanding of dyeing processes, and excellent cross-functional collaboration skills. You will be responsible for lab dip approvals, color fastness testing, digital color management, and maintaining color integrity across various teams and external partners.
