Varda is seeking a Security Manager to build and lead their security program from the ground up, ensuring compliance with DoD, Intelligence Community, and customer-driven security requirements. This foundational role involves managing Facility Security Clearances (FCLs), Personnel Security Clearances (PCLs), and Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs), as well as leading Communications Security (COMSEC) and Program Protection Plans (PPPs). The ideal candidate will have an active Top Secret or Top Secret SCI clearance and 5+ years of experience as an FSO managing DoD and/or Intelligence Community security programs. This role is crucial for safeguarding mission integrity and sensitive data, enabling Varda's pioneering customers to innovate with confidence.
