Tabby is seeking a Senior Manager, Compliance to establish and lead its compliance function in Kuwait, serving as the primary contact for the Central Bank of Kuwait. This founding role involves building the entire compliance framework from scratch, including AML/CFT programs and consumer protection. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of compliance experience within a CBK-regulated business, direct experience with the CBK, and a proven track record of building regulatory frameworks.
