Sigma Defense is seeking a Test and Evaluation Specialist (Surface Warfare) to provide critical technical and analytic support to the U.S. Navy’s Operational Test and Evaluation Force (OPTEVFOR). This role involves planning, executing, analyzing, and reporting on Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) for U.S. Navy combat systems. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of military T&E experience, 5+ years in Information Warfare, and a DAWIA Foundational T&E Certification. This contingent position requires a Secret security clearance and strong leadership, communication, and technical writing skills to drive complex operational testing cycles.
