Rhoda AI is seeking a Senior/Staff Actuator Test & Equipment Engineer to design, build, and operate critical test infrastructure for their next-generation generalist intelligent robots. This role involves owning the development of dynos, gear test rigs, cooling benches, and durability fixtures to rigorously characterize motors, gear trains, and complete actuators. The ideal candidate is a T-shaped engineer with deep proficiency in electromechanical test rig development, ensuring high-fidelity data for critical design decisions. You will partner with technicians and modeling engineers to define test plans, execute tests efficiently, and maintain data integrity for validating hardware and models.
