As an AI Ops Engineer (FBOS) at Lovable, you will be instrumental in defining how AI-native companies operate internally by owning systems that automate workflows, build internal AI tools, and manage data enrichment pipelines. This role focuses on eliminating manual tasks across Product, GTM, and G&A, enabling a 300-person team to operate with the efficiency of a 3,000-person company. You will leverage Lovable's platform and a modern toolkit, including AI agents and no-code solutions, to build and maintain these critical internal AI systems. We are looking for someone with a strong engineering background, a passion for AI tools, and a keen eye for identifying and resolving inefficiencies.
