Hark is seeking an AI Safety Engineer (Member of Technical Staff, Safety Generalist) to join their Safety team. This build-and-operate role involves designing, shipping, and owning classifiers, pipelines, and tooling to detect and respond to harmful content and behavior on the platform. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in trust & safety, hands-on experience building ML detection systems, and comfort operating production systems. You will work closely with engineering, policy, and leadership to define and enforce safety standards for Hark's advanced, multimodal AI.
