This role involves leading the strategy, design, and execution of high-impact talent development programs, including manager development and coaching. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in Talent Development, with a focus on instructional design, facilitation, and using data to evaluate program effectiveness. You will be responsible for designing scalable learning experiences, creating high-quality content, and driving continuous improvement based on data and feedback. This is a full-time, exempt position located in Long Beach, California.
