Pursuit is seeking an experienced Fractional CFO to lead and stabilize its finance function on a part-time basis (20–25 hours per week). This high-impact role involves owning day-to-day financial operations, driving strategic planning, and serving as a trusted thought partner to the COO and executive team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of senior finance experience, preferably with a background in investment banking, FP&A, or capital markets, and experience across nonprofit and for-profit hybrid structures.
